Your participation is subject to all applicable local, regional, national and international laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password.
User agrees NOT to:
• Use of service for solicitation, advertising or offering of goods or services.
• Disseminate content intended to harass or market to Fairpalce clients and candidates.
• Post jobs that are fictitious in nature.
• Use the site for the purposes of sending junk/spam email, chain letters, duplicative or unsolicited messages or "spamming" or in connection with contests, surveys, direct marketing, or pyramid schemes.
• Use the site to gather CVs or candidate information for purposes other than to fill specific vacancies.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of user account access, and prosecution as applicable.
