Structure of the Quantum Career Code
The Quantum Career Code is split into three principal modules, these are:
- Redundancy, Planning and Job search,
- CV preparation and Job Applications,
- Interviews and Job Offers.
Each of the three modules above can be read separately as self contained documents, or as series of separate sub-modules, which are smaller and hence more easily readable

The three principal modules of the Quantum Career Code cover the following areas:
Redundancy, Planning and Job search
- Coming to grips with redundancy both emotionally and financially.
- Understanding and defining your own financial and emotional needs.
- Understanding the job market in terms of the realistic opportunities available, given your own skills and experiences.
- Setting out your options and planning a realistic approach to the job search process with sensible goals.
- Building a network of contacts and helpers.
CV preparation and Job Applications
- Understanding and assessing your own skills, experience, strengths and weaknesses.
- Producing a base line CV.
- Producing tailored CVs and covering letters.
- Reading job Advertisements (Adverts).
- Using your contact network.
Interviews and Job Offers
- Filling in job applications.
- Producing interview scripts and preparing for interviews.
- Interviewing well.
- Negotiating and accepting job offers.
